Forensic Advisors, Inc. publishes The Eyeshade Report, a series of independent research reports on publicly traded companies.  Our goal is to assess a company’s quality of income and detect signs of possible operational deterioration.  In this manner, we strive to warn investors and creditors of potential problems before it affects portfolio performance.

Forensic Advisors, Inc. was founded by Timothy M. Mulligan.  Mr. Mulligan is a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles, California, a former trial attorney with the Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and a former Senior Project Manager with The Parvus Group, an international investigative firm in the Washington, D.C. area.  Mr. Mulligan also was licensed as a certified public accountant (CPA).
